Rohit Srivastava, Head of Tata Motors’ passenger vehicle product line, said, “With environmental issues becoming increasingly serious, electric buses are definitely the symbol of the future of mobility. These all-electric buses will help achieve zero exhaust emissions, reduce fuel costs by 50 per cent, reduce energy consumption by 20 per cent and reduce maintenance downtime compared to diesel buses.
